The war in Israel entered its third day today. After the militant group Hamas launched a multi-front attack on Israel, the deadliest attack on the country in decades, Israeli airstrikes destroyed 159 housing units across Gaza and severely damaged 1,210 others, as of late Sunday, the UN has said. Over a thousand people have died on both sides. The attack by Hamas had drawn criticism and praise from different sections of the world.
