Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais and Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Sunday paid floral tributes to the martyrs who laid down their lives while fighting terrorists who attacked the metropolis on this day 15 years ago. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday described it as the most dastardly terror assault India has faced and said it is the country’s capability that it not only recovered but is also crushing terrorism with all its courage. In his Mann Ki Baat radio broadcast, Modi paid homage to those who lost their lives in the 2008 attack which, he noted, had shaken up the country. (PTI Photo)
